Send your card's image over the internet

Connect the USB stick, the memory card or the video camera to your computer like an external disk. The program sends its image to our lab over the internet. The steps are the same for all three. Your device stays with you. Nothing is written to it, it is only read.

1. Contact us first

We give you a code. The program works with this code.

+90 444 83 74

Do not use the USB stick, the memory card or the camera, and do not save anything to it. If you use an SD card, set its write protection (WP) switch and keep it.

2. Download the program

Download the imaging program (Windows)

RmvImager.exe · Windows 10 / 11 · nothing to install · Turkish, English, Spanish, German

3. Run the program

  1. Connect the USB stick, the memory card or the video camera to the computer like an external disk: the USB stick in a USB port, the card in a card reader, the camera with its USB cable. Do not copy anything to it; if Windows offers to format it, say no. If the USB stick, the memory card or the camera is not in the list, bring it to our lab.
  2. Open RmvImager.exe. Windows asks for administrator rights: say "Yes" (needed to read the device directly). If "Windows protected your PC" appears: "More info" → "Run anyway".
  3. Type the code the lab gave you (e.g. 36260-K7Q4MX) and click Connect. Then pick your device in the list and click Start imaging.
  4. Keep the device connected and the computer on until it is done. If the connection drops, the device is pulled out or the program is closed, start it again with the same code and it goes on from where it stopped.

What is sent?

Only the raw content of the device you pick (USB stick, memory card or camera) and the read record (unreadable areas, the device's model and size). No other file on your computer is read; the program does not list the computer's own disk.
