Data protection notice

This notice is given under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What we process

• The video file you upload and, if you want, a sample video.
• Your e-mail address or phone number, if you write it.
• The name of your camera or phone, if you write it.
• The IP address of your connection and the upload time.
• A security cookie (a random number) and a summary of your browser (a SHA-256 code).
• The e-mail address you confirm to go on over the limit.

Why

• To repair your file and show you the result.
• To reach you about your file, if you want.
• To protect the service against misuse (daily upload limit).

Legal basis: providing the service you ask for (KVKK 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest in keeping it safe (KVKK 5/2-f). A sample video you give is kept in our library as a reference for repairing videos from the same camera; we tell you so before you choose it. A video you give on the "Earn credit" page and your e-mail address for your credit are kept with your explicit consent (KVKK 5/1).

How long

Files are deleted after 3 days, or after 7 days if you ask for an expert review. You can delete them earlier yourself. A sample video stays in the library until you ask us to delete it.

An image sent with remote imaging is kept in our lab until your job is finished. It is deleted when the job is finished or when you ask.

Who we share it with

Nobody. Files are processed on our own server in our lab and are not sent abroad. They are given to authorities only when the law requires it.

Your rights

Under article 11 of the KVKK you can ask whether your data is processed, ask for information, ask for correction or deletion.
