Terms of use

This service is provided by Maksimum Teknoloji Bilgi İşlem Ltd. Şti. (MyDISK), İstanbul. By uploading a file you accept these terms.

Your file

Upload only files that you own or have the right to use. Do not upload files with illegal content.

We work on a copy on our server. Your own file on your device does not change. Keep it until you have checked the result.

The repair

The repair is automatic. How much comes back depends on the file. Parts that are not in the file (for example parts filled with zeros) cannot come back. Watch the preview before you download.

Expert review

If you ask for an expert review, an engineer looks at the file and tells you the result and the price first. Nothing is charged without your approval.

Keeping and deleting

Files are deleted after 3 days (7 days for an expert review). Download your file within this time. See Privacy.

An image sent with remote imaging is kept in our lab until your job is finished. It is deleted when the job is finished or when you ask.

Fair use

To keep the service open for everyone, up to 20 uploads can be made a day. The limit applies to the connection, the device and the browser. When you reach it, try again the next day.

Credit

A working video you give on the "Earn credit" page can earn credit (see that page for how much). 10 credits are one free repair: the full repaired file of one upload is released for download. Credit is kept with the e-mail address you confirmed and can only be used with it. Credit has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another person or address. Credit earned against these terms (for example with copied or converted videos, or many addresses for one person) can be cancelled. We may change the credit amounts or end the credit programme; credit already earned can then still be used for 90 days.

Law

Turkish law applies. The courts of İstanbul (Merkez) are competent.
