Give a sample video, earn credit

Give a video that plays, straight from your camera or phone. Every device and every recording setting our library does not have earns you credit. Your credit is kept with your e-mail address.

How much credit?

A device our library does not have: 10 credits.
A new recording setting of a known device (resolution or frame rate): 3 credits.
A video already in the library, or a converted one (WhatsApp, an editing program), earns no credit.
The video is not sent whole; only the first seconds needed are taken.
Up to 10 videos a day earn credit.
10 credits are one free repair: you download the full repaired file for free. Click "Download free" on the repair result.
Credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred and can only be used with the e-mail address you confirmed. See the Terms of use.
