The video played on the card or the phone; after copying it to the computer it does not open.
Why does it happen?
- The cable or the card was removed before the copy finished.
- The card or the stick has areas that cannot be read.
- The file came down incomplete from a cloud or a messaging app.
What to do
- If the original is still on the card or the phone, do not delete it; copy it again from there.
- If you use an SD card, set its write protection (WP) switch and keep it.
- If the new copy does not open either, upload it to our site.
- If the card or the stick cannot be read, bring it to our lab or send its image over the internet.
