repairDash cam crash recording will not open
After a crash the dash cam video does not open.
Why?
- The power is cut in a crash and the recording is left unfinished.
- The last seconds may not have been written to the card.
Do this now
- Take the card out before the camera is switched on again.
- A camera that starts again may write over the last recordings.
- If you use an SD card, set its write protection (WP) switch and keep it.
Then
- Upload the video file to our site.
- If the last seconds are missing, bring the card itself to our lab.
