repairGoPro video is damaged
A GoPro recording does not open or is cut off.
What to do
- If you use an SD card, set its write protection (WP) switch and keep it.
- If the camera offers a repair when the card goes back in, say no; the broken file can be deleted. Copy the card first.
- Upload the MP4 file to our site.
- If there is an LRV file with the same name, keep it too.
Good to know
- If the picture freezes while the sound goes on, the camera did not record the picture then. That cannot be repaired.
