repair"moov atom not found" error
The video does not open and says "moov atom not found". This means the file was not finished.
Why does it happen?
- The battery died or the device switched off while recording.
- The card was removed too early.
- The app closed while recording.
- A copy stopped half way.
What to do
- If you use an SD card, set its write protection (WP) switch and keep it.
- Do not format the card.
- Do not try other repair programs on the original file.
- Upload the original file to our site.
- Keep a working video from the same device. We may ask for it.
