repairCamcorder MTS file is damaged
An MTS file from a Sony, Panasonic or Canon camcorder does not open or stutters.
Why?
- The card was removed or the battery died while recording.
- The file was not copied off the card in full.
- The card failed.
What to do
- If you use an SD card, set its write protection (WP) switch and keep it.
- Do not format the card.
- Keep a copy of all folders on the card.
- Upload the broken MTS file to our site.
