A video was deleted from the card or the card was formatted.
Do this now
- Take the card out of the device. A device that stays on may write over it.
- If you use an SD card, set its write protection (WP) switch and keep it.
- Do not record on the card and do not format it.
Do not
- Do not try recovery programs on the card itself; do not save what they find to the same card.

- Bring the card itself to our lab.
- We repair the videos we find and hand them to you.
- Parts that were written over do not come back.
