repairPhone video will not play
A video you shot with an iPhone or Android does not open.
Why?
- The phone switched off while recording or the storage was full.
- A copy stopped half way.
- Some computers cannot open iPhone videos (HEVC).
What to do
- Upload the file to our site. We check whether it is damaged.
- If it is, we repair it. You see a short preview first.
- If it does not open in your player, click "Make a compatible copy": it opens in every player.
