What happened?
- The recording did not finish properly; the picture is in the file but the player cannot find it.
What to do
- If you use an SD card, set its write protection (WP) switch and keep it.
- Do not format the card.
- Do not try other repair programs on the original file.
- Upload the original file to our site.
Good to know
- The file shows 0 bytes. This file holds no picture. But the picture may still be on the card; bring the card to our lab.
- Why are the last seconds missing? Picture that was not written to the card when the power went is not on it; that part cannot come back.
