Short answer: blocks and stutters show that parts of the file are damaged or empty. Upload the file; we repair it as a clean video you can watch.
Why?
- The card or disk has a bad area.
- The file was damaged while copying.
- The memory card may be worn out.
Do this now
- Keep the original file.
- If you use an SD card, set its write protection (WP) switch and keep it.
Do not
- Do not try "repair" programs that save the video again; the damage becomes permanent.

- How much of the file is empty (zeros) and how many frames are damaged.
Questions
Do the empty parts come back? Where the file holds zeros there is no picture; that part cannot come back from the file. Sometimes it is elsewhere on the card; for that the card itself is needed.
